Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund

• Same-day cancellations may not be refundable

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable

No-Show

Failure to arrive at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
